The staff staff are knowledgable and eager to help. This store has inventory that some larger Home Hardware store's don't carry.

I asked the store manager if they had a particular faucet that cost $87. He did not, but then said he had 2 others that were very similar. These two were priced at $110 but he said he would match the price of the one I had originally wanted. He then placed it in the back with the quoted price and my name on it. Outstanding !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Bought chain for my dog. I had asked the service desk when I was paying for my items if I could return, she had said yes with a reciept... to find out the chain was to big for my dog. I had phoned home hardware this morning and I cannot return it... I would not have bought it if the woman working said I could not return it.... the manager had said "she is new"... so I should be able to return it because that is not my fault but I am not able to, thanks home hardware, out $45 and a dog chain.

Highly recommend anyone looking to install flooring in the home
We recently bought maple hard wood flooring from Guild Craft Flooring show room located at Britannia road in Mississauga. I am impressed by the time services provided by Mr. Babar Naseer (manger) with his suggestion and making a selection of the hardwood that was perfect, with in the budget and has nice natural texture and grains as well as the colour that I was looking for. The material is good and with negligible amount of wastage. and it all looks so perfect after it was installed.
Many thanks

Although we were told that the job would take "less than a week", after several months the work is still not finished! And this is after we (a) initially paid a large deposit and (b) made a further large payment when requested.
