Flooring

Excellent service and support. The result is a most beautiful floor and a very strong chance we will be following on from this in the other bedrooms.

I saw some amazing products in their showroom, high quality real wood flooring. They also offer bespoke flooring and installation. Worth considering when it comes to home improvement.

Very quick and reliable service. Full assistance and accuracy from start to finish. Absolutely satisfied and happy with the final result.

I had excellent guidance and support from all members of the staff for installing a resin floor in the basement floor of my house, providing a seamless surface through the garden sitting room with bifold doors, bedroom, shower room, corridor and entrance hall. GM Jo cut through the selection process by her understanding of what I was after; OM Jessica oversaw the project liaising with my Building Manager Micheal O'Hora; Contracts Manager Ian zoomed in (on a future Harley-Davidson) onto site to monitor conditions. Team Lewis were brilliant and beavered away silently for 5 days. It could not have been more seamless ..

They recently did my wood flooring and the carpet on a project I was working on. They were very professional, very knowledgeable and provided an excellent service . The standard was extremely high and look forward to working with them in the near future. I recommend them!!

Amazing job from start to finish with this company! They provide excellent quality and personalised service! We just got our floor fitted and for us this couldn’t have been better-looks great and completely hassle free! Thank you guys!

The best floor sanding service I've ever used - great attention to even the smallest details, friendly customer service and most importantly the team managed to keep all costs within the predefined budget. I highly recommend the floor sanding and fitting services offered by Step Flooring Limited!

Terrible company - do not buy from them - I spent a substantial amount of money on an engineered floor from Ted Todd to finish off a large extension I had undertaken - within days of moving into the property after the work the flooring started to peel away or de- laminate - this was expensive high end engineered flooring. Ted Todd were appalling - firstly admitting product fault then denying it - after weeks of getting no where I brought an independent floor specialist in to advise where the fault lay - whether in the laying or the floor itself - he was categorical this was a product failure - the report was provided to Ted Todd and still they are refusing to compensate me and deal with the issue - they are suggesting it is my problem if I choose to lay a kitchen or furniture on it - what planet do they live on - you lay a top quality floor - place a kitchen and built in furniture on it and the product it is sitting on fails but the supplier says I cant be responsible for this - terrible terrible firm - large company playing big boy tactics with an individual firm - whatever you do dont trust them their products or any guarantees as they dont stand by them - we are trying to take them to court now - look at the pictures they call themselves quality flooring specialist - cheap flooring manufactured in poland or czech or croatia -brought over to UK and dyed - if you were living in Germany any proper flooring supplier would replace the flooring and deal with any inconvenience without quibble - not these guys.

We have worked with this company on numerous occasions. The experience has always been a good one. I would thoroughly recommend Affinity Flooring.
