Adding this 2 month later after original 1 star review. Situation much improved in this store. There are more people working at the Customer Service counter and they are all nice and helpful. Picking up online orders is a breeze now. Paint department experience is also much much better. The guy who works there helped to pick right paint for the bathroom and was really nice. Custom paint was ready in just few minutes. He managed to balance taking new orders and mixing paint in very efficient manner. Changing my rating from 1 star to 4. Original post: Wait time for online order pick up is too long , I could find my item in the store and check out at the cash register much faster than their customer service works. Paint department service time is about 20 min per person. Store manager can't give an answer about wait time for the next customer to be served in paint department .Their clueless substitute just walked around the store looking for the paint, chatting with random people instead of helping customers.

This is the best place to shop for flooring.
