What a fantastic experience. Not only did they have a large selection to choose from, but the owner is VERY helpful, nice and gave me a great deal. I shopped around quite and must say, these guys by far are the best. (quality, selection and pricing!) I was able to shave off several hundred dollars from the price other competitors had quoted. Being a Realtor of 12 years, I have many contacts and sources. The Floor Center is ny new "Go-To" for any flooring needs, personal or for my clients! If you're looking for honesty, quality and competitive pricing, this is the place! They definitely get my referrals.

I will only trust Floors of Wood to maintain our 106 year-old wood floors at Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream Lab in Arroyo Grande. Chris is extremely knowledgable about wood, and with the foot traffic our old floors get they need extra care.

Herminio was very patient and helpful. We were looking for sturdy laminate floors for the whole house. We laid down many samples on the floors of the warehouse. Herminio assisted us and made sure he can help us in finding our perfect laminate floors.

My first trip to Jay's was to have binding done on the ends of a carpet runner. I drove 40 miles. The binding did not hold up and was told the machine had gone in for repairs. Drove another 40 miles to have it fixed a second time because of bad stitching. The stitching is still not holding. I called Jay and was told to bring the rug in again! He wanted to see if it was a cheap or old rug and that maybe that was the problem. He has seen this rug two times previously and made no comment about the quality of the rug. It is a high-end rug and not that old. I asked that he give me my money back or drive the 40 miles to pick it up and deliver it back after repaired. I have got no more response from him! He does not back up his work.

Spent some money here after seeing a nice show room. Was planning to spend even more money, but after finding out about multiple mistakes and making a short project into a long term project due to mistakes on their end for not disclosing information on Special Order big ticket items, I will not be returning. I see that the owner replied, I don’t have an order number. I’m revising because Bao helped me after my debacle. He fixed our issue as best he could and as quickly as he could. I believe this goes a long way. There are many aspects to be covered for special orders. Make sure they are covered. I will go back, I will just make sure that I ask more questions in the future.

Matt Clark Tile and Stone has a wide selection of tile and stone and was our one stop shopping experience. They provided excellent assistance with our selection and after the sale help. We will definitely come back.
