Putting down red oak 7/8th" strip flooring on new stairs in a 1920s bungalow to match the rest the floor. Was able to find everything o needed thanks to the Super helpful staff.

Having read previous reviews of his work, I contacted Avi to redo about 900 SQ Ft of red oak flooring. Showed up on time for consultation, and provided a quote just as he said he would. The dustless sanding of the wood took one afternoon and was just as advertised, pretty much dustless. Avi and I had decided on a color of stain, but after having viewed my preference on Houzz, Avi had mixed his own new color of stain for my floors. Avi and his crew are top notch. The floors come out magnificent, his crew were prompt and professional, and they did the whole job without impacting any of the trim work. Avi used water based polyurethane, and the smell was tolerable within a day of the job. All in all, I only spent two nights living in the garage and there were no fumes. The stain was the worst smelling part. Floors are fabulous and Avi is an exceptional contractor. Highly recommended.

My contractor installed the hardwood floor for me 11 years ago. Within a few months after the installation, there were gaps as wide as 1/8" showing up all over the places. We hate the look of it. 11 years later, I decided to replace some of the pieces because I cannot bear the ugliness of it anymore. I flipped over the removed old pieces and saw the mark of "Forest Flooring Inc."

These guys do a great job ... But there was a communication problem...

I loved Platinum Flooring Company. The people there are super cool. My parents wanted to get laminate flooring for a house we are flipping and I did a search for hardwood flooring providers in the east bay area and got a big list. I went to the websites and they all seemed old. Platinum Flooring Company seemed refreshing and new and so I decided to get in touch with them. I was able to visit and take some samples to show my parents and ultimately got a great deal on a grey colored laminate flooring. We are now waiting to get the accessories that we had ordered separately and will begin installation. Laminates are the best choices for flipping and after having looked around other stores, Platinum Flooring carried the best selection I can honestly say. We are proud to be satisfied customers!

Absolutely horrible. Do not use them. My wife and I had a horrible experience and we lost a lot of money.

Called for a pick up truck rental and all they have are commercial size flatbed trucks for $19 for 75 minutes. Where as at other Home Depots you get a pick up truck for the whole day for $19 dollars.

We shopped around before we decided to purchase the floor from Oscar. Their quality is best among all other place we visited,. What 's more, Jenny gave us a very good price. 100% recommended ! We also recommended their floor install contractor, they are very professional and very nice !
