Having just completed the latest Project with Leslie Flooring and having worked with Scott for over 30 years, know he’s top notch in workmanship, professionalism, understanding people’s needs, delivering outstanding product and service to any project.
When it comes to contractors, Scott’s the model, a framework most contractors can’t meet. Amazing to work with, helps resource and find value when requesting unusual materials, cuts through hardwood floor marketing non-sense to establish considerable value in every client’s hardwood floor dreams. Add in his can-do, easy attitude to lighten clients’ fears and fixes problems when the rubber hits the road, the real world challenge.
It’s very rare other design professionals and tradespeople step into an unfamiliar project and say, “This guy does incredible work, it’s beautiful, it’s level, the best hardwood floor install I’ve seen!”

Johnny was very accommodating to someone with two small kids and a crunched timeline. He was straightforward and honest about the job. When I needed additional work due to my own error, he got his team in right away.
His guys removed tile and laminate flooring, removed baseboards and quarter-round, leveled the existing concrete, installed a whole house worth of vinyl plank and underlayment, some transition pieces, and replaced the baseboards in a few days. I was concerned that my move-in timeline was too ambitious, but Johnny made it work out. Without his help, I would have been pushed back another week.
I am looking to have Johnny and his team do additional work on my home, and I will update my review then.

Installed an engineered wood floor and did a wonderful job. Even came back twice to get one squeaky board to settle down. Highly recommend them.

Pojas has done all my flooring throughout my house but one room and kitchen counter top. They did an excellent job and always onetime. They work till the job is done. If it takes longer than one day, they tell you when they are leaving what time they will be there the next day. Great owner and employees. I will use them again when I remodel my bathrooms.

Bass Flooring is the greatest. They did an awesome job! Very professional. They replaced the flooring with new laminate flooring. We kept my family room carpet so they took out all the wrinkles and made it look like new. Couldn't be happier.

Home depot always a very affordable store for everything home related . The prices are very good that you don't have to wait until it is on sale. Watch out for the clearance items. Sometimes you don't believe the price is so low and rock bottom. For example , I pick up a 349 mechanic`s tool set for $80:00 which normally sell for $229.00. The only missing is a 6 pieces of deep sockets then I get a 16 in 1 precision screw driver set which normally costs $6:40 for $1:89. I give this company a 5 stars. Quality and prices keep me coming back. I do not work for this company,or know or have any relatives working for this company a loyal customer since 1980. Thank you for keep my house up to day The only bad thing is sometimes it is difficult to find help, but be patience, help is always there.

Please beware of this operation! I have been to BDC many times over the years. I do not know when Sinan began handling their work, but I trusted that it was a reputable place and that he was a reputable dealer.
I had BDC/DEVCO install a very large window, several smaller ones, and a sliding glass door in our home. We had installed windows just like these in other areas of our home before without incident, so did not anticipate any problems. It seemed like a simple, straightforward project.
While we were on vacation, the windows went in. When we returned, to our disbelief, they had completely jerri-rigged some strange way of installing the windows and they were horrible! I called Sinan. He came over and gave us some far-fetched reason as to why these windows had to be installed in this manner--differently from all of the others, and why the resolution to the problem would entail removing all of our mouldings, the window sill, and a number of other things that made no sense.
Our painter came in, took one look at the windows and couldn't believe it. He offered to reinstall the window. I called Sinan. He said to tell the guy that if he thought he could do it to go ahead. The painter removed the windows and the rigging that Sinan had installed and put the window in. No big deal, no need to do all the things that Sinan was telling us we had to do, and the window looks great.
I deducted the amount the painter charged me for the reinstallation from the final amount paid to Sinan. Sinan agreed to the amount. We paid him the full amount less the amount of the reinstallation even though we still have the other smaller windows that he installed that have been put in in the same shoddy way.
Today we just received a letter from Sinan threatening us with a Contractor's Lien if we do not give him the balance of the money. My first read of this experience was that the contractor was sadly incompetent. Now I realize that he is also unscrupulous. Beware!!!!!
