Convenient, decent selection, friendly staff. Wish they had more FSC certified products available. Show room is a bit cold and cramped, as it’s a warehouse, but better than some of the other showrooms around in terms of selection. Decent number of natural wax oil finish.

Fantastic service , super knowledgeable sales people. They seriously pay attention to what you're saying. These guys you can tell have been in the business a long time.

Clean store with lots of inventory. The local help isn't much help though. You'll have to find your stuff on your own.

We recently had Travis and the team at Healdsburg Floors help us with new flooring in two of our bedrooms. They were easy to work with, professional and the job was completed beautifully. We couldn't be happier with our new floors. We would definitely recommend working with their team.

Excellent skills from floor installers, friendly and great customer service. They were able to source the flooring in our bedrooms that matched the flooring we had already installed in living and dining areas.

Employees seem to be too interested in talking with one another instead of helping customers don’t even get me started on hardware nothing is where it’s supposed to be paint department seems good though

This is going to sound like an advertisement but that’s because they did everything right. The store is easy to navigate and I didn’t have to go looking for someone who worked in the flooring department for help or risk talking to someone who normally sells paint. The sales people were helpful but not intrusive and at least on the items we looked at, the prices were very clear, comparable to other places we had shopped, and included the price of installation. They have their own teams of installers, so we weren’t dealing with outside contractors for the installation. Our installers, Arturo and Douglas were on time, friendly, and considerate of my trying to work from home and of my pets. They were in and out, did a great job and left no trace that they or our old carpet had ever been there. I couldn’t have asked for more from my experience with Rafael Floors and would highly recommend them.

Dave and his crew are the perfect contractors . Punctual, fastidious, great craftsmen. My calls to Dave were answered immediately. He was helpful, not only about solving my flooring problems, but he was knowledgeable and generous with his experience about other construction concerns.
