Rarely have a good experience here. They are normally out of stock of items, most associates have zero interest in helping or making eye contact. I only sbop here for certain items that I know I can't get at a similar price and warranty. If mendo mill weren't such thieves I would support them on occassion. Only good thing I can say is they at least HD will honor the warranty on lawn items.

Mike Wilson and his staff are professional and well-versed in regard to reclaimed hardwood. If you're looking for reclaimed material, chances are you need to match exactly what exists or you have a specific vision in mind. Reclaimed material is normally sold "as is". This leaves a huge margin for error. By clear communication and representative samples, Restoration Timber comes through for us every time.

Alves crew arrived like an army of 17 men, ripped off an old wooden shake roof in 5 hours, laid plywood, taped all the seams, felted, nailed up comp roofing with new skylight flashing and all new vent and plumbing flashings. There was a 6 man crew on cleanup... working like mad to haul all the old roofing in tarps across a field to a dumpster. They were done in a day and a half... have never seen anything like that. They were professional and courteous. They loved working for Mike Alves and his sons, said they took really good care of them, bought the best trucks and equipment to make the roofing teams lives easier. PLUS, they cleaned up every scrap. Amazing.... then they came 2 weeks later and installed gutters. Miles was awesome, they did a great job, loved their company. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Ordered flooring... took over 3 weeks and phone calls to corporate to resolve and get delivered.
