Flooring

Lillian is amazing at her job, I appreciate the wide variety and quality of products here, I love this place.

Always pleasant and knowledgeable personnel!

Excellent customer service and great prices I appreciated all the help and finding the right products to complete our home renovation

Prices are a little high but the staff is nice and they have everything you need

Great place, awesome staffs.

I have been dealing with the staff at flooring super store (previously Carpet Superstore0 for over 5 years. On a personal home basis as well as a business basis. We recently moved to a property 15 minutes west of stony plain. We purchased our hardwood and vinyl plank from Bill in Grande Prairie due to the comfort of knowing that it would be a zero issue should anything ever arise regarding any of the product. As a business owner / builder here in Grande Prairie we have built over 150 units in the last 3 1/2 years and every piece of flooring came from them. I have had zero issues with the product and or installation of the product. There is a professional aspect that comes and is fine tuned as a supplier. They have it perfected. Entering the store you are always greeted by friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Which unfortunately is not the norm in our society as much as it should be. I am not a person who normally goes onto sites and writes reviews. Due to the number of personal friends / relatives who I have recommended to buy from Flooring Superstore, and my personal experiences, not one has ever called me back with a complaint. This was worth my time for this review. I can recommend Flooring Superstore to anyone looking for superior service and great product. Hats off to Bill, Don, Chris and the office staff for making my life much easier. David

I'm here all the time. Part of my job. Great group of guys that work here too.

Great selection. Any projects that require rough hardwoods and such i buy here. And staff are very knowledgeable and good with questions. Nothing gets me more excited then having a piece of hardwood in my hand!!

Best in gp. Awesome installers and products.

Way over priced and told me the price of linoleum was that price everywhere. Pays to check out other companies, found way better prices everywhere I looked

High level of professionalism and courteous customer service.

I've shopped here a ton over the years and the product has always been exceptional and the sales staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone there just makes the experience from picking the flooring to install so easy. I highly recommend end of the roll in pg.

They have a decent selection so you can get what you're looking for usually. Staff is helpful if not always knowledgeable. Garden centre is always very slow to get up and running.
