It's as good as you can expect from a big box store. Markups are a little high compared to equivalent Amazon purchases for some things but they tend to offer no tax days and gift certificates on qualified purchases to make up for it.

Jay really helped us out with picking our new flooring. He was really knowledgeable about laminate flooring and the benefits of different underlays. He helped us buy a matching transition piece that worked with our other room’s flooring. It was a no pressure sale and he was very courteous! I saw all the negative reviews but wanted to share that we didn’t have the same experience at all!

Awesome new flooring store with great prices and great selection. The flooring I wanted was in stock and they installed it the next day. The installers were really nice and did an amazing job. They are coming back in a month to install my custom sliding barn doors I ordered. Thank you Inspired Flooring for making my house look beautiful!

It was a pleasure dealing with Arthur and Margaret. Arthur did a fantastic job and helped us get the right type of hardwood floors that matched our life style and family needs. His crew was able to beautifully restain and update our stairs to match the new floors. Like art. Very clean and efficient.

Are you kidding me?? Another one of these stores opened up? Me and my wife went through Hell dealing with these crooks. I wish I went on kijiji and got ripped off there. This is what we went through.. They delivered the wrong product. When we called and told them they wanted to charge us a 25% restocking fee plus a transportation fee back to their shop. Their delivery guy gave us hell and wanted to charge us ontop of what we paid to offload it into the house. We were told that it was going to be delivered. I'm confused, what does "delivered" mean when the customer has to offload it into their house? I could get into more detail but I'm just going to keep it short. Terrible experience, please read all their reviews on their other locations before doing business with these people. They have more bad than good reviews.

Wonderful service. They came to me with carpet samples, I picked the one I wanted, very reasonably priced, once we made the decision carpet was ordered, delivered and installed within a week. The installers were wonderful, quick and very friendly. Had the job done in no time at all, cleaned up and left no mess. Would definitely recommend them and would personally order from them again.

We recently had new vinyl flooring put over ceramic in our kitchen, front hall , and powder room Dave and Robert were great. We had to resolve a few issues but the job looks really good. My wife is very happy with how if all worked out and we will certainly use them again

Went to buy my floors here on a Saturday AM..keep in mind no one else was in the store at this time and the manager looked high – beat red eyes and was zoned out. When I went to purchase, their VISA machines chip function wasn’t working so the store manger, RONALDO tried swiping my card and it got declined (x2) – he followed to say “Ugh, it’s not working again…this happened to my customer yesterday…we just have to swipe it”. I got a little sketched out at this point and then RONALDO started turning my card over looking at my security code and swiping my card. Then - my cell phone started ringing and it was VISA. The lady on the phone asked who I was and where I was currently to verify that it was me trying to purchase this flooring. The VISA rep said that I can see on my end that this business has a “CHIP and ENTER machine” so if they are saying only swipe works then tell him “No you have a chip and enter machine and to enter your card number manually and the purchase price - If they decline to do so then I advise you not to purchase from this store” When I was relaying this info to RONALDO he was becoming confrontational saying this happened yesterday too and everything will be fine.. VISA was calling because swipe machine functions endure higher fraud activity. Needless to say I didn’t end up buying here because of this and I cancelled my VISA….BE AWARE!! Trying to steal identity…sketchy

We had Kings do a install for us $6600.00 we have never experienced a problem like this before, cracking and spliting from the get go, one month after install had to come to do a repair, installer could not fix it had to tear uo 300 sq ft again and relay , now less than 1year 3 more cracks and lifting, Nick refuses to help us says nothing he can do, I know they have a lot of 5 stars but be very careful with this company , SHOP AROUND I wish they had a minus option

Fabulous hardwood flooring installed in several rooms and a cross hall. It is so beautiful! Jurgen even created custom flat hardwood vent covers and provided a matched stain for the painter who was treating our bannister. Very professional and pleasant interactions with your company - we could not be more pleased with the experience and the results!
