Once this company gets your money, they leave you with a terrible job and don’t fix their errors. The laminate has gaps in it and chips. Neil, the estimator, will come and take a look at the job and send over the appropriate people to do the job. It sounds simple but is a mess. I’m furious as they left the nail out in the carpet they installed and my son cut his foot to the point of bleeding. I messaged Neil about all the errors including my son’s bleeding foot and he obviously doesn’t care as it has been over a month and this hasn’t been addressed or fixed! They have our money and don’t care about their faults. I’m so hurt by this. I’ve been sending pictures with all these errors and I’ve gotten nothing in return. Please stay away from this company. Find someone who takes satisfaction in doing a good job and being honest people. The workers were nice but it is Neil’s lack of care and professionalism to arrange for this to be fixed that is disheartening. Neil is well aware of my son’s foot injury due to the carpet nails and he doesn’t care. His lack of action speaks volumes about his character. I’m done with this company.

I was very satisfied with the services I received. Fabian was very reliable and knowledgable about the products and the work involved. The work was completed efficiently - it took only one day to lay floors in my condo. They look great. I will not hesitate to recommend Floor Coverings International to family and friends.

They have renovated my bathroom and did a beautiful backsplash in my kitchen. Really happy with the workmanship and quick turn around. I have had very clear communication, and written contract. The Owner Marcelo, is a very friendly and very accommodating person to deal with. Took the time to sit down with my to discuss the different options and even left me his Sample book to show it to my Wife to discuss the different options. After looking at his price and the price of major vendors, he came in the middle but with the added bonus of allowing us to have a WIDE variety and installation came included. I would recommend him to anyone that looks to have blinds!!

Absolutely love the white oak smooth UVF oil finished (engineered) hardwood. Literally (and I am not kidding you) one of the most exciting and beautiful options in flooring today. Matched modern nosings and flushmount vents completed the installation and provided an “oh wow” reaction.

The installation crew from Woodpecker was very quick and cooperative considering our tight timeline. They started the work on the promised date and worked really hard to finish the project on time. Poor service. No communication at all. Wouldn't answer phone or texts and would not return calls. Said furniture would be here and it wasn't, twice. Farah could have let us know he wouldn't be coming on the days he said he would, but that would require respect and care for other people's time. One star is too many.
