Flooring

Install carpet came up after 1 year also the company will not give me my product guarantee. They had a problem with the Contractor Greenstone that fired them and know I can't get my carpet guarantee that is due to me. This is what the owner told me, so if you think the install is guaranteed for the life of your carpet or floor you may want to get it in a contract form: I spoke to Mr. ------ on April 29th, when he called and asked if we would help with an installation related issue on his carpet that we installed in December of 2012. I informed him that there was a one year warrantee on installation, and that we would be happy to look at his problem but there would be a charge for any work done. He declined and asked for the warrantee information from the factory. I did tell him I would put that in the mail, and frankly I did not get to it. So I do apologize for that. Mr. ----- came into the store on Monday May 11th, and asked for the information. According to Wayne and the other salespeople that were here, Mr. ------ was told that it might take a little while to get because at least one of the products was discontinued and would take a couple of phone calls to get the information. Wayne told him that he would get it mailed to him the next day. Mr. ----- was quite upset and while he was using some very colorful language he was asked to leave. I have put together his information this morning and am taking it to the post office today. Regards, Tim Hepper

That was the first time I've been to Windsor Plywood And I will always come back now Riley did an incredible job very conscientious Pleasant very accommodating I really appreciated his service and I have called the corporate office and told them that I really liked Riley he did a great job

Very impressed with Cade Musgrove and his crew! They fixed a problem with my basement concrete floor that another major company said couldn't be done. Despite being obviously very busy, Cade is thoughtful and polite. The work was carried out quickly, neatly and at a fair price. Highly recommended.

We just completed a major renovation including replacing our tile floor with engineered hardwood. Southside Flooring did an outstanding job to make sure the finished project is perfect. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly, including the owner James, the installer Doug and the two admin support staff, Tracy and Tracy. We could not be happier with the end result.

Wonderful place to shop for all your building centre needs!

helpful staff

Very friendly staff.

Always good experiences here. Slightly higher prices than a big box hardware store in langford but that's ok because it's easier than driving an hour plus into town.

good service but exspensive

Fantastic and very fast service. Technician was knowledgeable, professional and thorough and two separate people followed up with me by phone immediately. Highly recommend!

Amazing! They offer so many ideas and options. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We came just for the flooring and we are now using them to do our entire project. Kitchen, vanities, the works!

Great people, great price and great service
