ZERO STARS.
They scam you out of money and out of equipment. I made sure of everything I was getting before delivery day and I spent closer to 2000. Had to take my sofa off(648 + the warranty $99) and was told I only have 300 of store credit? (Was also told if I changed my mind about something I’d get my money back no problem). Didn’t receive my headboard and was to pay for it out of my store credit. Manager couldn’t even point out what was what on my account but steadily was defensive and would not help me! Just would say that the previous employees ( who I’ve dealt with the entire time and were aware and showed me everything I was paying for) were fired? She gave me a free picture.. thanks. Literally got scammed out of at least 500 dollars. Believe it or not there’s more bs but I’m sure you get the picture.
