They have amazing customer service! Its too bad an employee named Macy no longer works there because he was the most knowledgeable guy I've dealt with at any store! But staples Chatham still has a 5 star customer service and product knowledge!

We brought a Hot Tub back in the Fall of last year. Dan gave us some great advice in Selecting the Hot Tub to suit our needs. Michelle gave us some of the finer details about the tubs and we just loved the extra time that she gave us. Then we were a little disappointed with the delay in installation, however, I understand that we all get busy so we just need to be a little patient. Lastly we were very impressed with the service from Mike. We had a little technical problem and he was out very quickly with solution. Thanks to the whole Blue Water team.

Second time purchasing from this location. Just went in to browse both times but had amazing service and ended up purchasing each time. After shopping every other store in the city for a specific item, I spoke with the Manager Matt and he was able to order me the perfect item to solve my problem. Only took a couple of days to arrive and when I returned to pick up my order, I was greeted quickly and professionally by Matt to make sure everything was taken care off. I would definitely return to this store. You get what you pay for!

Don't waste your time, or at a minimum call ahead. Googlet says theyre open, you'll drive 40+ miles to see what they have, and they'll be closed anyway. Two separate attempts. Complete waste of my time.
