I struggle to think of a time I have had a better buying experience. I had walked past Flow Furniture Boutique at the end of November and noticed a chair in their window that I was interested in purchasing for my home. I placed a call to Flow Furniture and the owner Joanne took my call and explained the details about the chair I was interested in. I liked what I heard and agreed to come see the item in person later that evening. Due to traffic I arrived about 20 minutes before Flow closed but Joanne welcomed me in and spent a great deal of time explaining the details of piece to me. She was very knowledgeable about putting together a room and being that this is my first home, I confided that I'm rather overwhelmed by this process of decorating. She spent over an hour with me showing me different pieces and explaining the different options I had based on my room. In the end not only did I buy the chair but I also purchased a very nice reclaimed wood coffee table to compliment my room. There was no sales pressure at all! Joanne is very open and honest about all the furniture in the shop and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my purchases. She answered all my questions even though her store was closed I never felt rushed. It was like having a conversation with an old friend. I can't say enough good things about their service, the quality of their furniture and their price, not mention supporting a local business. If your in the market for new furniture please take some time and go see Terry & Joanne's boutique. You will not be disappointed... They made a customer for life out of me.

Well stocked office supply store. It's great when you need something right now and Amazon is not an option. It's also great when you need to have hands on a product before you buy it. Pricing is fair for a Brick and mortar establishment and they do have helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Always helpful. Use their propane service a lot. Have had many things delivered to the cottage by Prescott Canadian Tire. Keep a good selection of product for a small store!

They staff there are absolutely AMAZING! So friendly, they help you the best way they can, definitely value their customers a lot. You can very much negotiate prices and get high wuality furniture for a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend.

Owner talks down to you and never allows you to ask questions due to the fact of how much he talks.

no information about what is in stock is available online or over the phone. The phone number does not go to human bring just a mesage telling you to arrive in person. the only thing you can do is physically show up in store. This the 21st century and this is a large multinational just-in-time business and you're not able to have an inventory available for your stores in Canada but you can have a relatively precise inventory of all the United States stores?

A good taste if vintage-like is your taste

Jay was a fantastic salesperson. She walked us through the entire process of the purchase of the Nina sectional and couldn't have been more helpful and informative. Fantastic experience shopping at the Brick and would reccomend anybody to come see her when shopping for any sort of furniture.
