Good, very good first impression.

Basically a big old house filled with furniture. The products look nice and there is a wide selection. Some pieces aren't well labeled so you have to ask about prices. The salesman on duty when I have been there has been very informative and helpful.

Excellent customer service. They worked with us to figure out what mattress would best suit our sleeping style. Even had a diagnostic bed to determine what we needed (firm or plush). Prices are very reasonable as well.

Usually the customer service is horrible but prices are right. Every time I feel like people working there hide except today. Today was different three people asked me if I needed help and the cashier was nice for once. Today was a good experience. Hopefully it stays that way.

I ordered a bedroom set over 5 months ago, I received the mattress but haven't received my bedroom set. This is very hurtful

This is a really nice place. They sell very nice quality items and that's really hard to find. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a Webber BBQ from them and were very satisfied. We are now choosing them to replace our aged gas fireplace. Can't wait very excited about this.
