Awesome service with Trevor today! I went in looking for some spare legs for our couch as they were lost in our move. He helped me out so fast and efficiently! I left so pleased! I would recommend going to this location over and over! Thanks again!!

Left a 1 star cause people will read it. Read all of other comments telling bad experiences and never to return. Bull c.... they will be back , cause when everything is said, it comes down to one thing...SAVING COIN, and Walmart does it better than most

Terrible place to buy anything, no customer service, can't return anything, go to costco they take things back with no problems.

was at the staples store tonight to look for a cable for my phone. spent about 10 minutes wandering around the store looking for the item, couldn't find a sales person to help me nor was i approached by anyone asking if i needed help. on the way out, i managed to corner the manager and mentioned the non existent service i had received from her store. as such, i noted to her that it would have been much easier for me to stay home to get the item from amazon but that i was hesitant to do so as i prefered instead to shop at local businesses to support them. however, the next time i needed something from staples, my shopping would be done off amazon. her comment back to me was 'absolutely sir.' it seems she doesn't care too much about customer service or ultimately losing her job as manager with such an attitude....

Great selection! There are so many fabrics to choose from once you have decided on a couch/chair. Yuliya was patient and very helpful. We can’t wait to get our couches into our new home! Thanks for all the help.

Home Sense is one of my favorite places to shop . Christmas browsing puts me in the spirit. It's better than five star.

I bought a mattress here for my Aunt and the service we received was Incredible. We were on a tight budget and we told the staff and they still treated us like we were spending $10,000. They really walked my Aunt through each bed and she has had multiple back surgeries. The service was so appreciated because 6 months later and she still talks about how great her back has felt since getting the new bed. This is the only store my family will buy from going forward. Thanks Mattress Mattress! Going back in a few weeks cause they showed us some pillows and we now are in a position to upgrade her pillow as well.

Staff are not friendly. Asked for help from a staff member and got given attitude. Also heard another staff member being rude to fellow co worker. Used to be a great place to shop.
