Extremely dissatisfied Went to get a new computer because I wanted to move to Outlook as a server because I was frustrated with the slowness and inconsistency. Unfortunately they installed a version of Office without Outlook.Took a week for the installer to come out. An extra charge was added for this not previously discussed. So frustrated by I wrongly accepted the product

Disgusting how an elderly woman was treated and still 2mths later still doesn't have the product issue dealt with. Will NEVER shop here or recommend it. Shame on you!! I had just bought a home and was going to go here and my brother and daughter also just bought homes, you can bet none of us are even entering the door way there. Disgusting!!

Service was wonderful, went in to look for a new office chair and came with the right chair for me. I highly recommend anyone looking for smaller furniture to visit this location as they'll help you find the perfect fit for you.

Thus is the best place to get any decoration or furniture for your house or yard or garden. Love this store so much. Always find great deals. It's in the same building with Winners. Which make my life even easier. They have summer stuff right now.

Went in with a friend, was not really shopping for myself. Staff were very friendly and outgoing. Asked a question to one staff, she admitted to not knowing the answer but right away went to other staff to find the answer. After completing my purchase gave the manager?? a letter looking for donations for a silent auction. They were quick to offer up their support. This was an added bonus. Urban Barn is truly a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. So many unique pieces

Had great service at the Brick today. My husband and I were looking for a sectional and Bob really helped us out. He was really friendly and knew his stuff. He helped us make a practical and perfect choice for our home. Bob helped us work within our budget to get our dream living room. If you need furniture, this is the guy to go to.

I went to the renew store today the manager she’s friendly and their team members as well I was welcomed with the smiles on their faces when I enter inside I feel so welcomed coz it was my first time there. The renew store is better than other second stores that I was going to everyday to shop there but I wasn’t well welcomed as Renew store did for me today I was so happy it’s super organized and well cleaned I can’t wait to invite my family and my friends to Renew store. I can’t wait to shop for myself this coming month again before Christmas Day I want to say thank you so much Renew Store you guys are the best👍🏾😇👌🏾❤️❤️❤️
