We recently visited La-Z-Boy when looking for new furniture for my mother-in-law. Ryan Arsenault was a great help to us in choosing a couch and chair. He was very knowledgeable regarding the product, the materials used in construction and the available fabrics. He was able to put the order through for us quickly and efficiently. In shopping around for office furniture I found the service exceptional at the Calgary location. Jon & Elizabeth were great to work with and were extremely helpful. There was no sales pitch or pressure into purchasing anything, Jon was very informative, offered great advice and found products that would work for our budget and timelines. Amazing customer service! I ordered some dishwashing brushes by Redecker from Guildhall and I think this was the most incredible customer service experience I've ever had! Not only did they deliver my purchase to my front door free of charge, but it was giftwrapped in an elegant black paper bag with tissue paper and a personally written thank you note. In addition I received a personal email this morning announcing the delivery and a follow-up email confirming the package was delivered. Great job guys! I would definitely recommended Guildhall and will shop again in the future.

I bought a beautiful piece of furniture here. The staff was not the most helpful. And the item took AGES AND AGES to arrive. BUT it was 10 times more than what I expected when it finally got here. That’s why I fever 4 star So, would I shop here again? I would. But I would definitely try to find the item elsewhere first. Like I said. Staff not helpful or friendly. In face I felt as though she thought she was better than me. Just too bad really.

Anna was fantastic. Helpful and had all the pricing and info for the sectional we choose on hand. Not too pushy, always gave us private time to discuss our decision. Would not go anywhere else for a sofa after discovering Sofa Land.
