Good service

Had great and friendly service at that particular place.

Ethan Allen Orleans Factory is located here, the nearest store is the: Ethan Allen Design Center 2735 Shelburne Road Shelburne, VT, 05482 (See Web page for details),

The staff is very knowledgeable and laid back. No pressure

Nice choices

Clean and open. Good selection of used tables , chairs , dressers etc.

We searched a lot for a furniture provider, and are happy with Groupe Focus. Here is the good an the bad: GOOD Excellent prices A lot of choice Easy to work with Very professional service Friendly, fast, efficient installation BAD Long delays until delivery. Order well in advance. One delivery had broken furniture, and another was in complete. Now we fall back into the long delays, which are costly to us, as we need those desks. Not much selection in the used furniture department. This I do not understand. All the furniture stores are telling us that they are not interested in picking up their used furniture because they are over-stocked, but when we want to buy, they don't have much, and what they have is almost as expensive as the new stuff. SUMMARY Despite this annoyance, on the balance the experience is positive. We will use them again, and I would recommend them.
