Don’t waste your time going to used store anymore. This place has variety selection and they can customized made it perfect for your space. Reasonable price. Friendly and professional staff. Nicole was very helpful helped me get what we needed. Delivery guys came in when they told you they would and from the ordered, shipped and we got our front desk in a week. I’m so impressed and happy! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

We don't write reviews, but we wanted to thank our sales guy James. He made our experience easy and fun, he's very informative and didn't pressure us at all. After our furniture was delivered we had a minor issue with the ottoman, so we went directly to the store and spoke with him. Luckily they had another one in stock and they quickly made the exchange for us. Thanks James & Toni for providing great customer service.

Live this place... Full of inspirations and ideas for all your home furnishing challenges... Top notch show rooms and displays... And a ball room for the kiddies to keep occupied! Oh.. And lets not forget a place to have unbelievable maels... A good way to spend half a day or more! 👍👌

Be very wary of this company.. it forces some items to be delivered regardless even if you can pick up. They force you to pay for a delivery charge and on top of it even if you return the item even if because it has defective or damaged.. like saw marks on a table.. and it is not the part of look you paid for, regardless btw they will try to tell you it is.. yes you read that correct..they will tell you defects are expected.. no exchange either not for this item regardless as they apparently wait till they have enough orders placed by customers for the next container to ship and is why the live edge tables and others various large items are never in stock.. .... along with other larger oversea items... However... Even though it was obvious the table was not finished properly...and even though paid for the delivery and we actually delivered the item back to the store in it's original packaging.. and even though they would not help with with the bringing the item into the store... it gets even better as there is no kind of consideration of service here, for the staff would rather just watch you even with a two person item they will just be standing on the other side of the door..... for Service is at it's finest here...as yes that is correct no they could not even open the door Gets even better for they will tell you that the charge, the one you paid for, the forced delivery what turned out to damaged product, that money you are not getting it back regardless of what they told you on the phone initially.. and then they will have to contact the manager even though they had already knew it was coming back and were advised from Structube that we would not be charged after them telling us it would be... It was like going to rodeo but all there was is clowns. The clincher... even at the beginning regarding the return was even more enlightening for they even have the nerve to tell you there would be more of a charge if they have to pick up the item for return...yes you read that right... and no that is not on their website at all..nor regarding defective furniture and how you have to pay for the delivery regardless of even not keeping the product. This is not what reputable furniture companies do..yes reputable.. they maybe national but they are definitely not reputable. To be reputable their policies would have to greatly improve along with service apparently... and along with their reviews on their website are now in question of.. If you buy there then please beware here of their policies as not all are posted on their website though it's required. Buyer beware caution here, if you do choose to buy here remember it is a 7 day return/exchange policy and they force delivery charges even though it is clear this policy needs to be looked would suggest if you have had an issue regarding forced charge on delivery.. please contact your provincial government. Just got off the phone with Ben their manager and he does not help whatsoever so if you have an issue like this in Alberta please Contact Service Alberta and have them investigate the matter and each province has their own so if you have been ripped off by questionable policy they are your source.. and Ben apparently told us to go ahead and complain.. so I will on each location

Not a good place to go.not very welcoming sales people. I say hi when I enter the store there was one men and and two ladies one is sitting beside the guy the other was standing in front of me. They just look at me.. I turned around and left the store right away. when to SOFA LAND they a nice professional people they do not judges costumer by their look.

We bought bedroom furniture recently and couldn't be happier. Brian and all the staff at perfect home were amazing to work with. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone. The furniture when it was delivered was earlier than expected and more beautiful then we thought. All our family and friends are amazed at the craftsmanship of the whole bedroom set. Thanks to John and Rory who delivered and set up the furniture. Their customer service was exemplary!!! We will definitely be back.

Went to this locations "friends and family" discount sale yesterday. The salesman was SO excited to tell us about this *Exclusive Opportunity* that they were offering everyone 35% off all regular prices. With having our eye on a set of nightstand tables we were going to purchase them during the sale. We lifted up the price board to see that ALL PRICES WERE MARKED UP 36% from what we saw in January. I am assuming that this is not a coincidence and was done for their sale. What a joke!!!

Words cannot express how I love this furniture store! We had the BEST associate. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our first purchase what a chaise lounge. My husband got me this custom piece for Christmas one year. Our second purchase was a sectional sofa. Canadian made. I absolutely love the quality. You truly get what you pay for. We upgraded the fabrics on both pieces we purchased. I truly recommend EQ3 and their knowledgeable associate Tiffany MacKay!

Amazing Furniture and Home Decor. Worth the trip!!

Friendly owner and gorgoeous furniture (in terms of design, function, materials, and craftmanship). No pressure to buy from the owner and it was nice to just chat and enjoy the showroom furniture. The furniture is really expensive, but that fact is not hidden nor does the owner discourage you from looking. Will just have to save a bit and come back.

We actually only went to the Deerfoot Meadows location to just look at a mattress for my son. Upon entering the store we were impressed with the overall selection of all furniture. We were greeted by Jonathan M. and we were impressed by his professionalism, demeanor and knowledge. Jonathan guided us to a number of options in mattresses explaining the pros and cons, but even more importantly he listened as my son described what he was looking for and even though it wasn't the most expensive option he helped find the perfect solution for him. We then told him we were also looking for furniture for our home, once again Jonathan listened carefully to what my wife wanted and guided us once again to the perfect sectional. We also found a recliner that hit all the right notesand a complete dining set. Jonathan also helped us find a desk and office chair, an outdoor fireplace and TV. The entire experience was truly one of the best experiences we've had. We have been looking for the right solution for over 2 years and found nothing but high pressure sales tactics, overbearing and less than knowledgeable salespeople who didn't see us as customers but rather as a potential payday. Today Jonathan was awesome and because he actually listened and cared enough about meeting our needs rather than some sales target he created a positive experience that hit all the right notes solving our wants and needs and generating a decent sale for The Brick. He also created such a good customer experience that we will definitely be back. Support staff were also excellent and the experience was pleasant and actually fun. Thank you and well done.
