What a great place to shop and if you want to save money, Direct buy is for you. The membership is now so affordable, every household can afford to have one, even if it is a small renovation or a large one, I believe it will be beneficial. Michelle in the Edmonton office is really knowledgeable and very helpful, always willing to help out with whatever your needs are. I think it is a great place to shop and save. I certainly am grateful that I checked into the membership and got one.

Dumpy and low quality

Shopping at the St Albert Home Store was an Amazzzzing experience! Hands down, Shawn is an absolute expert when it comes to appliance product knowledge! Yahhhh, I tell you, I bought a 5 PC Samsung kitchen package and was so happy with the deal he gave me that I referred all of my friends and family to Shawn. They’ve all said he’s such a nice and friendly guy and very honest too! You know you’ll get a great deal when you trust in Shawn. He’s the best, I tell you, the best! 1000% recommend!

Back to school BUT lots of extra staff. Good job

I dealt with Sean Freeman at this location for a new master king sized bed. He was awesome. He answered all of our questions and pointed us in the right direction of what would be the best bed for me and my wife and our sleeping habits. The best part about dealing with Sean was I had a warranty issue 2 years later and he handled it with ease and the problem was fixed as if it never happend. Definitely go see Sean for your new mattress at the St. Albert Brick Mattress Store.

These folks work hard. We try stuff on and they restock it quickly so others can try it. I found a winter coat with price tag removed but the garment tags from the original store still on it. It was a Solomon ski coat, new never worn asking ... 29.50. Half price day today so I got it for 15 bucks. Got it home...huge smile cause it was a 2015/16 jacket for just over 300 bucks. Value village has this kind of thing, someone donates something they can t use. Donate here people! I do and I shop here because it's awesome.. Hey my pull behind buggy's wheels were so clogged with fuzz and stuff it dragged not wheeled behind me. Maybe the only thing I could think of to whine about! Cheers and thanks for the hard work!!!!!!

I found that the salesperson - Steve to be very friendly, helpful with suggestions, and had a wealth of product knowledge. He was not pushy and in fact very patient as we completed comparison shopping elsewhere before coming back to Kincads to make our purchases. The interior design in home consultation proved to be invaluable and the designer - Carol Ann took the interest and time to explain her thoughts behind the furniture recommendations. Looking forward to seeing the selection in our home.

Bought a tempurpedic mattress from here. Excellent service and our salesman was able to get us a discount that was not listed on the floor after helping us choose the perfect mattress for our specific needs. He was very knowledgeable and excellent at educating us on different brands and styles. Delivery time was a week for 25 minutes out of St. Albert. Very happy with both the experience and the mattress itself.

Love my Marshall's. Always a great selection and staff is great there.
