I visited this place to find work desk and chair. They were able to accommodate me to come in for consultation on a short notice. It took couple of hours since they didnt have smaller sizes dor my fit but they have tons of selections. They were so attentive and very very helpful. They connected with my employer right away once they figured out the custom design for my chair. They deal with a lot of corporate offices - very professional service.

The most impolite sales staff that I have come across. I felt very unwelcome and I will certainly not return! Very overpriced in general. Don't waste your time here!

Bad experience. Don't want to name anyone specific, there was a lot of miscommunication within the team. On Saturday (December 1, 2018) we visited the store and decided to purchase an ottoman which was on sale. Paid on the same day, however, couldn't pick it up because at that time we had a small car. On Monday (December 3, 2018) I got a call from the store that the Ottoman that we chose and paid for was already sold to other customer. The strange part is when we were getting it billed, the cashier confirmed the name and model number of the ottoman from at least 2/3 persons and nobody informed at that time that the ottoman has already been sold. Wish there was better coordination and communication. Ironically, we went to this place after seeing the ratings and reviews, guess we were mistaken.

Some of the staff (like Brendan in the copy print center) are good but most of them are very rude and don't try to help at all.

All of their furnitures are unique. Very nice sophisticated stuff.

We purchased several pieces of chairs and tables for our patio and pool area a couple of months ago. The quality was outstanding!The furniture was very comfortable and easy to keep clean. We highly recommend this company to all who are looking best sofa company in Vancouver area.

One of the best Canadian Tires in the Lower Mainland. The store is very well laid out. Easy to find what you are looking for. Though I do prefer Rona , I do love this Canadian Tire.
