Great deals on beds. At the risk of sounding like a mattress commercial, dont cheap out on a mattress from somewhere else because it will only last you a few years. This Brick location also has a clearance section so you can buy high quality for far less. I'd recommend buying the mattress covers elsewhere like Winners, Ross or Marshall's. Area carpets looked pretty reasonably priced. TVs are competitively priced with the added advantage out a layout that makes sense and proper model labels so you actually buy what you were looking for.

My husband and I were looking for a 3 seater sofa, we visited LaZBoy Furniture store in Richmond. We were greeted by Elizabeth. She was knowledgable, friendly and professional. We never felt being rushed nor pressured to buy. She spent time to show us around and was very helpful to help us narrowing down which sofa we liked and which sofa would fit our need. We were impressed by her hospitality toward us and her knowledge of the products she is selling. Great experience with the Richmond location because of Elizabeth.

Bowring itself isn't an amazing store but the sales staff here went above and beyond to help me. They were so friendly and got me the items I wanted even though it was inconvenient for them. These employees are the kind that make loyal customers. Please Bowring update their computer system and give them a raise!

Ordered something from CB2 more than a month ago. Still hasn't shipped, and I haven't been able to learn why or get an ETA.

Do not shop here. The sales people look at you as bait and only want to get their comission. Customer service has no idea what to do. I had to spend hours today because customer service did something wrong and then LIED about it instead of taking responsibility. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. If you don't want to spend thousands of dollars and be disrespected and lied to DO NOT SHOP HERE. I spent around $8000 here and I regret it so much. The customer service representative was extremely rude and irresponsible. I wish she would tell me her name. I definitely will email their HQ. They are lucky to have Fariba as she is the ONLY person who cares about the customer.

Always a great place to pop in and see what's available. I recently shopped there and noted the store layout had changed and it was quite confusing. Oh well, after a few visits I am sure it will be fine.
