Absolutely love our new mattress and pillows. Our search was for a non toxic healthy sleep environment, and we found it with Jem Terra at inBed Organics. Excellent knowledge, service and products is what we received from Jem. If this is something you are looking for just go meet Jem in store and try out different mattresses until you find one right for you. Jem will make sure you find what you need. Our custom made king mattress, firm on one side and soft on the other, is like sleeping on a cloud, no pressure points but supportive. If you find the firmness level isn’t working you can switch it out. Love our new mattress and pillows and looking to purchase more for our grandchildren!

So very impressed with the helpfulness and speed of service I received from Jennifer of At Home. I enquired if they would be receiving the highly sought-after Emma Bridgewater Prince Louis mugs, and very soon after received a message from Jennifer. She checked in with me multiple times to let me know when they would have the mugs in, and shipped one to me the day they arrived in her store. It arrived two days later, in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to order from At Home again. Thank you for a very positive online experience!

I was shopping for my kid’s desk & dinner table. I found online that this brand provides high-quality products with kid’s safety in mind. Visited the Metrotown branch & was bit hesitant to make a decision due to bit pricey price tag. However, Chinese sales staff explained about the products in various aspects, and I ended up purchasing several pieces from this store. She knows what selling points are. 5 starts for her, 5 stars for the products, but 3 stars for the price tag.

I've tried calling 5 times in the last 2 hours.. my call keeps getting dropped in the Elton John queue it wont even go to voicemail. Nice that the Delta store was able to provide me with the details I needed. With in a minute of calling. FYI for anyone who plans on going to the Richmond store they are moving in the mall. Hence why they don't even have a message to inform their customers they are currently CLOSED. Poor management.

We recently purchased a beautiful sofa and ottoman from Briers. When an issue arose, they dealt with it quickly and fairly. They offered wonderful customer service and wanted us to be satisfied in every way. Highly recommend this business!

Small store, but they were able to give us a good deal with the delivery. Furniture is good quality too. Would consider shopping there again.
