The customer service experience at Jenkins is exceptional! The prices are reasonable, they deliver on schedule. The delivery guys also extend the same great in-showroom customer service. Love them.

Lovely shopping experience, as usual. Most associates were helpful but I met two not-so-nice associates in furniture department and self-checkout lane. These two do not belong because the rest were helpful and had good customer service skills. My overall experience was still lovely though.

Very good service I asked the lady for help with rods and she went through a lot of trouble to answer all the questions and it was very helpful I bought two rods and now I will cut it in pieces I will return because of the great service

I could not have asked for a better experience with Fine Oak Things. I bought a table for my office. It was ready about a week ahead of schedule, and looks even better than I was hoping for. I have received compliments on the table from everyone who has seen the table, and I know exactly how they feel when they can't help but run their hands along it, and ooh and ahh at how great it feels. Jon was also extremely knowledgeable, and made the buying experience easy. My wife and I had actually been on our way to another furniture store, whose website had drawn me in, to buy something from them, when we stopped at Fine Oak Things because it was on our way. We still went to the other place afterwards, but there was frankly no comparison between the tables. I would recommend Fine Oak Things to anyone looking for a beautiful piece of furniture.

I have been a customer since 2011 and when I was shopping around for someone willing to get me what I was looking for and these guys/gals were willing to get me what I was looking for. Any time anyone is in need of something I ALWAYS suggest them to come here and get their needs. They are always friendly and helpful.

Great furniture selection and priced better than most for same product. The staff was very helpful even after closing time had passed. Spent lots of time assisting us in ensuring we picked the right materials and furniture designs that complimented each other. Knowledgeable in design which helped us.
