Great service. We knew what we wanted, grabbed the staff to help us make a final decision, and everything was great overall.

There was some misunderstanding about the desk size at the time of the ordering. The issue was quickly and efficiently resolved by Vern from sales and Vish from customer service.

I was very pleased with the customer service, both times I came into the store today. They let me walk around the store, have my own little look, and did not pressure me into any sale.When I returned the second time, I had decided on the chair that I wanted and then pointed out to me a coffee table and end table sat that appealed to me and it was a great price, so I walked out with that, too!

I began a process of renovating my condo with some anxiety and mixed feelings as this process is not one I enjoy nor have any talent in. Arlene at Burlington ON store was the first person I met on this journey and we clicked immediately. She introduced me to designer Kathryn whose ideas I loved and together we came up with a beautiful new space. They were patient and supportive throughout and the result is amazing. Very flexible about delivery times as other work needed to be done. The delivery men were professional and helpful. Great overall experience at La-Z-Boy and I will be back again Returned September 2018 for additional pieces and received great service from Arlene. Get fabulous comments on my home and I credit La-Z-Boy with design.

Brilliantly simple design for a 'box spring' that this company makes - I couldn't be more pleased. No screws, no nothing - fits together (with really close tolerances, and that's a good thing) fits together like Leggo. 3/4 quality plywood strips that fit onto slots in two long boards, all dressed with linseed. Easy, solid - replaces the need for a box spring - those usually come with those cheesy last-century metal frames on little rollers the ruin your floors and usually bend. You know what I love? A piece of 'assembly required' furniture that has an assembly instruction sheet that is less than one page long, with two steps. Seriously, what could be better? Easy to dismantle for moving. I had no idea about this Canadian company until I bought this piece from Costco - included in the box is a catalogue of other furniture, which looks just as well designed as this one.
