I purchased a couch and selected the smallest size available as it was for a small basement living room. They did not have a display model in this small size in the store. It fast became obvious that this style did not suit my needs. I discussed this with customer service and was contacted by Jim in customer service and am delighted to report that The Chesterfield Shop is working with me to find an affordable solution. They have gone above and beyond to help me and I will certainly use this store again and have no hesitations in recommending this store to family and friends. Great work!! 👍

The customer service is unparalleled - Cindy and the team ALWAYS remembered us at our visits, and even remembered what we ordered in the past! Their suggestions and insights into their products was so invaluable - it was always an honest and helpful conversation that led us to buying some beautiful items for our nursery. Buying environmentally friendly and high quality items was important to us, and Nestled had exactly what we were looking for. I cannot thank the team enough for the fantastic experience we've had with them...the whole process can feel very overwhelming, but with such a caring and helpful staff, we navigated through and our nursery has come together perfectly. Furniture was crowded. I walked around for 20 minutes and no one came to help me. Store was empty. Not sure how you stay in business with service like that.

Great prices for good quality furniture. Bought a dining table and a bed set and our customer service rep Lina was exceptionally helpful. She gave us space to make our decisions and didn't push us to make a sale. Would definitely go back.

Very poor quality of furniture made by this company. Lots of miss-measurement , glued parts goes apart. Finish paint very bad. Bad problem solving - Kamal, company boss, ignoring you phone calls. Every thing is overpricing. I have pictures of his kitchen I installed -I wouldn't recommend to do business with this company. Unless you like problems for you money.

I am a reluctant consumer. I would rather stick needles in my eyes than go shopping. However, the women at Ashley made my experience much easier. They were kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. They even price matched to save me over $500. I would recommend them anytime.

Scammer! Bought an item online. Received an email that product is discontinued. Called 5 times to get my refund but they always take few days to process, after more than a month same thing no refund and say the online sales cannot refund only offer back store credit. They post thousands of products online which don't exist. Their intention is to scam people that's all. I'm looking to report this issue to Scam and Fraud Ontario.

I saw a coffee tale I liked, the manager said she would deliver it. She was free at 4pm to deliver. After I purchased it, eveything changed and she was no longer free as she had just put someone in a long term care facility and her car was filled up. This all changed within the hour. I ended up taking it home on my walker about three blocks. I learned a valuable lesson and I will never purchase anything there again.
