My experience at this location has always been a positive one. The employees are always extremely friendly and honest. They are very approachable and do not pressure you into making unwanted purchases.

Didn't realize it was only a used appliance store. Was thinking it was more of a goodwill kind of place. Though I was mistaken about the type of store it was, they did have several appliances in pretty good condition there.

Very good experience!! Julie was wonderful and helped me make decisions with absolutely no pressure to buy. The price was also really affordable and I feel good about my purchase.

I was highly impressed with the service I received at Payless Furniture. I was able to see the item I wanted to buy and the salesman completed my transaction quickly and professionally. I opted to pickup the bed, and when I arrived, it was pouring rain. The sales staff had no issues with helping me get it loaded and secured in the rain. The bed itself is beautiful, and I am extremely pleased. The price was great, the staff was wonderful, I will definitely buy from here again!

Even though there was a more than average amount of people, I was helped by a store employee and it didn't take long to check out.

The service was great. The guy working (Yuyin was his name I think) gave us such a great deal for a queen sized bed with box spring.

Very unorganized . Nothing happens in a timely matter. Always something wrong and takes forever to fix the situation. I wish they could be more reliable or even slightly dependable

Normally I don't write Google reviews, however I felt the need to post one to inform others. I was interested in purchasing a pair of tower speakers for my home theater setup, as Bad Boy had a specific pair that other retailers weren't carrying near me. Now one of the things I always look into before purchasing anything, is the stores return policy. I always check for restocking fees and such. To my surprise, everything at Bad Boy is final sale. What the hell? This isn't the early 2000s or a retail store selling reburbished goods here. Give me a break, talk about anti consumer. Never considered this store for anything before until my current interest in speakers. Definitely won't even consider having another look at anything they sell until they change there policies.

Bought two couches, and a dining table from Leon's recently. Tim was a great salesperson, he was knowledgeable, and helped me get the best possible price. Delivery was smooth, and delivery guys clearly knew what they were doing. Delivery lasted under 10 minutes. Great service all around. Would definitely shop here again.

I've bought thousands of dollars of high quality used/refurb office equipment at BBI in the past six years. I have even found some actual antiques among the vintage items. They have two galleries just of office chairs. Good delivery service, friendly staff. Nice dog!
