Terrible experience with these people. It is unfortunate how many people they have been able to scam. The best advice I can give is to only shop at a store that have a return policy and allows you to pay with credit card so you can dispute the charges in case there are issues.

Don't buy here I buy a old use furniture and had bedbugs , my friend buy here too she had the same problem..I spend a lot of money...I regret

Fantastic customer service! We spent an hour jumping from couch to couch, trying to decide which one we wanted. The employees working with us were very patient and helpful, even offered a deal on one couch. We are now very happy with the couch we have and we thank everyone at Surplus who helped us. Go check this place out! I’ll be telling everyone about it too!

Hate this place, prices are ridiculously high, almost 3 times asmuch as if you waa to buy it from another store paying cash.....i purchased a bunk bed set for my boys, in 6 months the drawers fell apart and my sons upper bunk fell right through to the bottom one day, luckily my other son was not on his lower bunk or he would of gotten seriously hurt...they are horrible at instualling things point blank.

I purchased a glass top dining table from this company. I had it delivered October 16th, 2014. Only having it for 18 days, the glass on the table just shattered in a million pieces. No one was near this table at the time thankfully. I was in such a state of shock of what had happened, I went to my next door neighbour and asked him to come and see. He couldn't believe what he had seen. I contacted the owner of the company the following day to tell him what had happened. He didn't seem to be to concerned at all about the situation. I asked him for a replacement or a refund and he said that would not be possible. Although this dining table was a floor model, there was no mention of final sale or no refunds and it is not on the sales slip. I told him that I have pictures and his response was that he didn't need pictures. I also mentioned to him that there is now scratches on the wood grain on the inside of the table from the glass falling through the opening at the top of the table and he said that there was nothing he could do about that. I also mentioned to Andy about one of the tables that is now wobbly from the blow of the glass The only thing that he agreed to do was to replace the glass, but couldn't get it until he goes back to Toronto the following week. My way of thinking, if he wanted to have a satisfied customer he would have gone to Toronto or have some courier pick it up and have it delivered to me asap instead of waiting until his next visit to Toronto. I had even asked him where I would eat my meals in the meanwhile and his response was (that's not my problem mam). I received the new glass for the table November 11th. Andy came with another guy who was carrying the box with the glass in it. Andy just stood in the doorway and the other guy came in. I told Andy to come in and both of them just stood there. I showed Andy that one of the chairs was wobbly from being so much broken glass on it and the pressure that it took when the glass broke. Andy said that there was nothing wrong with the chair. Andy finally asked me if I wanted them to put the glass on the table. Pretty stupid question. The glass is very heavy and it took the 2 of them to put it on, so what would make him think I could do it myself. I had friends over today November 13th and the one friend pulled out the chair that I am referring to and she mentioned to me that it was wobbly. I will never deal with company ever again and I will tell anyone that I know not to purchase anything from them. I am so angry with the way I was treated as a customer. I have never met such a ignorant person in my life like Andy. I am very unsatisfied with this company and would not recommend it to anyone.
