Although I am an avid treasure hunter/thrifter myself, Reimagine never ceases to amaze me with all of their beautiful and unique pieces! The overall quality and aesthetic of the store shines through not only in their merchandise but also in the way everything is displayed. You can tell so much thought is put into each detail of the entire visual of the store. When I moved back to the Western New York area this past fall I was so happy to see that Buffalo had a boutique like this. Reimagine can definitely be added to the small list of Buffalo businesses with worldly taste and knowledge. It is pretty difficult to find designer, antique,retouched and refurbished items with such great prices in boutiques in any other city. Which makes Reimagine and living in the city of Buffalo that much more amazing!

This store I very high priced. And the guy there makes up prices. Will not go here any more.

Friendly people

We bought a conversation set, gas table and dining set. The service we received from Jenn and her husband was second to none. Jenn called me to arrange everything while we were away on vacation and she went above and beyond to ensure we had delivery when it was convenient for us. Her husband handled the delivery and assembly with a big smile on his face (on one of the hottest days of the summer). We have recommended Distintly Patio to all of our friends and family.

Got good furniture, if you like overpriced stuff

Copernicus has provided me with excellent service. 10 years ago when I inherited my first kindergarten class the easel and white board in the room was scratched and missing pieces. I contacted the number on the board and a Copernicus representative asked me to send a photo of my easel. She replied that it was not only missing pieces but had been incorrectly assembled and was generally a mess. The company sent me a whole new white board easel for my classroom - complimentary! Ever since I have encouraged colleagues to purchase Copernicus products. This week I needed to replace the lined white board accessory due to damage from a student. I spoke to a customer service representative at Copernicus and am now awaiting my free 'scratch and dent' white board:) I highly recommend Copernicus Educational Products. They are well built and intuitively designed with all the features I need in an early primary classroom - and the customer service is fabulous! They truly stand behind their products and provide excellent customer service.

Paid a deposit in January, was promised they would be ready in 3 months, now its June and no chair or ottoman. Called the phone number listed, not answer or voice mail. Left an email, no answer as well. Will now have to drive one hour to the shop to see what's going on.

I was looking to buy a desk, but they don’t have anyone trained to get it off the shelves. How do you run a business if nobody is trained to do one of the jobs. Such a trash place to go I won’t be going there anymore.
