Great experience. Garage door broke on Friday night. Didn't expect to be able to have a repair until Monday, but couldn't even get my car out of the garage! UGH. Called American Garage Door and a professional repair man was here within 30 minutes!!!! Connor repaired the spring in 30 minutes and my weekend is saved!!! Great company.... use them. Brian installed a garage door opener at my mom's place and so when we needed service on our garage door we called Peterborough Garage Doors. Within the hour Brian arrived, replaced a broken cable and had our door working again. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Best service you could hope for, last minute call in with issue and the staff is at my door before they close for the day, even stay after closing hour to ensure issues are resolved. No one else will be looking after my garage door as long as this company is in business!

Find another company. We had our master bedroom window quoted. Originally it was 8 weeks delivery. After 8 weeks we called to find out when our window was going to be installed, and were told that it would be longer. No communication whatsoever. After 21 weeks the installers showed up, but the window was built to the wrong dimensions and couldn't be installed. They genuinely do not care about customer satisfaction, and they do not return phone calls.

Don't bother with this company. They'll just waste your time. I booked an appointment to have garage door openers installed. I was told I would be called the day of the appointment to be given a time that they would show up. By the afternoon I hadn't heard anything so I gave them a call. No answer so I left a message asking when they would be coming. Nobody showed up. I never got a reply, even after giving them 24 hours to respond in case there was some sort of extenuating circumstance. I had booked a day off work specifically for this and this company completely ignored me after we had made arrangements. Don't bother with them unless you're prepared to be disrespected and to have your time wasted.

Staff was very helpful

Had a problem -- Norfolk Garage Doors were there almost instantly and was amazed by professionalism and quality of work. Highly recommend.
