Pitt Meadows Garage Door Repair Inc performed their regular garage door maintenance service yesterday. I asked their garage door service expert to lube the rail to ensure that the door would continue to function properly. This garage door team has always satisfied me with the results of their regular tune-up service.

Just like last week when the motor was extremely noisy once started. A tech professional was sent to my home as scheduled and performed the task in no time.

Very Reliable if they tell you they are going to do something they do it.

Their website states that they service all makes and models. I called and had a repairman come. He said they do not service my type of door. I would have to pay $250 to replace the spring on a later day, and on top of that, I was expected to pay a $100 service fee today. I called and spoke to a lady who said she was the service manager. She had no explanation as to why the website states that they service all makes and models, when in fact they don`t. She told me I was lucky, because they normally charge $150 for a service call. This appears to be false advertising, and is certainly very poor service.

Door itself is very good looks great exactly what we orderd. The installation was a joke was told I had to silicone some and touch up paint work. After about a week it the deadbolt did not line up and didn't close. Numerous attempts to get this rectified fell on deaf ears beware!

We are very happy with the roll up door we purchased for our home. The space saving feature was key for us, and it looks great and works well.

He did a perfect job in checking the door components and applying lubricant on the rollers. I will always have my door maintained by their technician from now on.

I called Brad regarding an unusual noise the garage door was making. He installed the equipment about a year and 2 months ago. He called 15 mins before the agreed time to give me warning of his arrival. After inspection of the issue, he explained what the problem was and replaced a part he noticed gave similar problems somewhere else. He did not charge me. I was quite pleased with the fact he stood behind the product he installed, he came timely to check the issue and had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend
