Hardware

there is one guy who works here that is cool, he's been working at this location for a long time. the rest ... a bunch of jerks, no customer service, they think their all tough guys and want to belittle the people who go there to buy stuff from the store. WAKE UP LADS ! Its not about you, its about the customers.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Asked for a product and was given a flat out NO and a prompt goodbye. I would not recommend this place unless you seek interaction with a robot with undertones of annoyance.

Expensive. Has a lot of stock but terrible prices.

Très bon service et très belle variétés de produits magasin en Reno ok pour la variété dans une région hors des grands centres

We got a lot of good advice and help from Millie. Will return.

They got the best prices....always have what i need and always has sombody right there to help u unlike Lowe's were you have to go and find help

Great place great prices for those hard-to-find Hardware's. I usually deal with Justin there excellent help he's always been super.

Nice layout. Fully stocked. Friendly & helpful staff!

Great prices. Great products.

Very knowledgeable regarding paint and just about every time we need an odd item they have it

I always received top notch service and advise when needed. Several times they have specially order tools for me and have always received them with in time specified. Thanks to the whole staff and manager.

The only complaint is that the young man could have helped me put a large garbage tote in my vehicle

Tools, tools, tools. They have so much to look at and always have great coupons.

Great to deal with very helpful.

The store clerk was very friendly and helpful in getting parts that I needed.

Great gear

We are lucky to have such a well stocked resource for lumber, hardware, livestock feed and so much more. Great place!
