Hardware

Nothing but good things to say about Luc and his staff. I don't know what that person at the bottom was thinking but everyone has a bad day. Great people. The only thing they need to do is get rid of premiertech septic tanks.

Friendly. Knows their stuff

Belle magasin mais l'inventaire peut etre maigre par foi.

Good service... friendly. Dont really know what they are doing...

Gens sympathique et très attentionné ! Bon service, et à venir , un nouveau look!!!

Top notch service, excellent advice, competitive prices. What more could you ask for...

Understaffed in the service department and the only guy actually there didn't seem to know what he was doing. Line up of 5 people and he served a woman who had just walked in first rather than taking us in order. Waited 10 minutes just to watch him leave for his break. A few minutes later another employee from the sports department took over and actually got people helped in a reasonable time. Part I was looking for wasn't even in stock (despite their inventory saying otherwise) so I wasted all that time waiting just to leave empty handed. Far from impressed. At least the second guy's English was good.

Friendly helpful staff.

Awful customer service. If you're from Amherstburg, make the trip to Windsor; it'll be worth your while. If I wasn't is such a pinch, I would have made the drive to Lowe's or Home Depot. After asking where an item was, some older gentleman showed me to where it was then proceeded to ask a question regarding my purchase that I was unsure of the answer. He then proceeded to mock my answer and respond with "you girls drive me crazy". Well, old, ignorant men drive me crazy too so, I'm glad we're on the same level.

Guns, booze, hardware. What more does one need in a store??? Awesome shop!

I go to Keck first always. If they don't have what I need, they'll happily order it. Tom, the owner is very knowledgeable, and I like saying hi whenever I stop in.

Last of the old school hardware stores...Love this place

The store is always well organized. I have no trouble finding what I am looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Love this store! Friendly, helpful staff. Always have what I need.
