Hardware

Always a pleasure going here. Everyone is friendly and always has the best interest of the customer in mind.

Good people. Amazing stock of useful stuff. Danged good prices too. Forget Home Depot...

Very pleasant and helpful. Service above and beyond what was expected.

Great place to get a doorknob, some patch to fix up your dorm room after a drunken horrorshow, some overpriced lagostina pots and pans, a solar patio light, plunger, a bird feeder, welcome mat, sleeping bag, or pvc tubing to extend the length of a crack pipe; buy this for one of the miscreants staggering around right outside, because they can't buy it for themselves. Best buy the hand sanitizer too. Not for your hands, but to drink, and warsh down your sorrows...

This Canadian Tire in Kanata has large variety, nice staff and a clean store. I've been in some horrible Canadian Tire locations and this one I continue to give my business too. Go there at Christmas as well, always beautiful set ups and lots of variety.

Good little store friendly staff .the way hardware stores used to be

Loved dealing with Matt on our Bunkie Life product, he went above and beyond for our clients! Took the time to call me back and double check all details, I'm excited to see what they come up with!

Service de qualité et personnel très compétent. On y trouve de tout pour la maison.

I just moved to Aurora one year ago and I must I say I love this home depot location. We started going there due to the workshops for children. But now we go there for many things. I wanted to make a ball drop station for my children a gentleman named will helped me out and explained to me exactly how to install it. Our ball drop is installed and everything is working well. Last week we went to home depot for a plant and who do I see Mr. Will he not only remembered us but made sure to ask about the kids and if everything with the ball drop worked. thank you for employing such a amazing people who care about your customers and treat us like family.

Big shout out to mitchel and his crew today. There were some misunderstandings with a sale in the flyer, and a lack of employees but at the end of the day they made an annoyed returning customer, a happy returning customer. Thanks for putting up with my rant, we will always be returning to your store.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff provide excellent service. All of my hardware, painting, cleaning, gardening etc. needs are always met.

Andy knows his stuff! Excellent customer service

I go to this branch for my needs as it is the closest to my home. I have had a bad experience in my last visit. We wanted to buy pavers on Sunday and the pallet was on the second floor on the shelf. We asked the employee with the forklift to lift the pallet and put it on the ground so we could pick the pavers. He came and agreed to do it for us. He went to bring the forklift and never came back. It was not a busy day and no customer in the store. By the way, we climbed up the aisle and pick 150 units. On the cashier, the lady suggested us to load the tiles on the car with the help of Home Depot employee. She called the free employee and said he will be available to help. We waited for 10 min and no one showed up. It sounds like the employees are not trained to help customers at all. They never care if you need help and have questions. We always look for staff in the aisle and they are all gone. No one available to help customers. If I could rate zero I would do that. Never go to this branch if you seek for advise as no one is available to help.

The staff and very friendly and helpful. They offer good advice and a helping hand with anything you need.
