Hardware

Good selection of product. Large for a Home Hardware store.

Even when they aren't having their amazing sale, the staff at Millbank Country Hardware are the best. They always return calls when promised. The selection and price are as good as it gets anywhere! Highly recommend.

The selection is very good, as is the quality of what they sell. The service is outstanding. My mother-in-law bought a couch there and was very pleased with the service. We all recommend this store.

It was pretty good shopping for light and a gazebo for my backyard. And judy at customer service was pretty phenomenal with helping us check our items up front. Great job judy.

Friendly staff, great selection and variety, good prices considering a lot of the pricey things are not made in China. Would not recommend Festool though Bosch is so similar on their higher end stuff and an extreme amount cheaper.

Great selection and almost always have the products that they advertize on sale. Staff are friendly they have a great outdoors section in the summer. I wish they would have a larger display area for the seasonal items...it a little cramped inside with everything they are trying to offer there customers.

Great place , great help, all you need

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Thanks to the close location to my cottage, this place has saved me a number of times when I need stuff. Prices are competitive and you can collect air miles there.

Friendly service.

Staff was very helpful in finding my receipt for a purchase of a patio umbrella that I made back in May. The umbrella cord snapped and so after moving and misplacing all my receipts/warranties, I inquired about a warranty in the store and the staff went above and beyond to help

What a great place!, very professional. Will was so nice , their customer service is number One! Had a custom gaming Pc built for my son , he loves it!!!!!

I bought a safe that ended up faulty. The safe was replaced and did not work right away. It was faulty. I called and spoke with Tony for about five months . He let me know the manufacture was testing new safes as these older ones were faulty. Once the new safes were tested, they would arrive beginning of October. When I phoned back at the end of October, i was told by the manager ANGELA that she will NOT replace the safe, because the original safe was already replaced. This is disgusting customer service because they know full well these safes were faulty. Not only that, after months of working with a rep to get a new safe, Angela decided she did enough. I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at renovating three condos over four years with this company, and this is how I am treated! If this is the new customer service... well I can't say there is much service.

Truly amazing. The only place I've come in contact with that not one employee has a shred of intelligence.

Always great to deal with!!

Great selection, great store, very expensive though and don't price match
