Hardware

I've always had a good experience here. Happy to support a local Brights Grove Business.

Awesome hardware store

Today we looked online to see if they had some screws in stock which it said they did. Made a special trip (24 miles round trip). Plenty of staff, asked where they were. Did not have out, were told probably in a tote in back. Was told there are too many to look through, come back and check another day to see if they have been put out. We try to support local businesses, but that is just laziness! I guess from now on we just drive past and go to the big stores.

Great customer service.

Great prices that are back by a money back guarantee ( bought separately) good quality products for the price. Friendly and helpful staff.

Ace I will be shopping there more for some parts I need but wish that they would carry the right parts I need I need at one store instead of going to a different location

Their store brands of electric tools are great for the weekend warrior or handyman. I've been using the 10 inch compound sliding miter saw almost every weekend for the last 15 years and have never had a problem. I have many others as well and they have all held up just as well. Their prices on air compressor tools and accessories are unbeatable as well.

Love the old time hardware store. Got just what I needed

Love this place - I rely on them heavily for fasteners needed for all my projects. Do your best to know what your looking for before you give them a call or stop by, but everyone there is very helpful. They accommodate both small and large orders.

Always find what I need.. and there's always some one to help you find it.. not like home Depot or Lowes.. hate those places..

Good place to find odd items, like a tire changer, you can put your on tires on your rims yourself. Got a friend who borrows your tools, give them these tools to use, instead of your snap-on's or craftmen.

Great store great prices even if you buy the cheaper tools they last a little and then even if you throw them away for the price it was worth it but they offer warranties on most of their stuff

Would highly recommend. Spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my computer and the great professional advice i got from him fixed it in minutes.

Great store, great staff. John guided me with putting together my first PC build and patiently answered any questions I had. There is a good selection of products and price matching is available - perfect for getting all (or almost all) components in one spot!

CTC is great. Can't find what your looking for staff will help. Returns are a little grouchcy. Could have improvement there. One lady is nice the heavy set one has an attitude problem. Just saying the way I see. Get rid of the heavy set lady. Oh yeh.
