Jasmine was a pleasure to deal with. We had challenges with a bathroom exhaust fan that came along with a led light attachment. The light was faulty and was gathering moisture. A few of the led bulbs had started to die and she gave me a refund without any fuss as the product was defective.

Went in the store looking to get some wood cut. Started speaking to one of the employees. I asked about two questions and they made it seem as if u was bothering them. Mid conversation the man I was talking to started walking away and went to the back as if I didn’t intend to come into THEIR store and spend MY money. Would NEVER go back. They need to retrain some of their employees on customer service.
