This is my favourite Home Depot all the seasoned employees work. Great service and great advice I always do my large purchases from this store.

Store Manager should be vigilant or be replaced with a manager who walks around making sure customers are getting good service. I tried to get help from Jetinder. Plumbing section. Home depot 1.30pm Sat July 14. He is RUDE to those who cannot speak Punjabi. Farooq is another RUDE person. This is Canada. Please be nice to everyone. Other departments seem to be nice.

Wow great store to shop home stuff... Always ready & able to serve you. They even take stuff back, without a receipt... Gift Card given though... Which is still appreciated.

I go to this branch for my needs as it is the closest to my home. I have had a bad experience in my last visit. We wanted to buy pavers on Sunday and the pallet was on the second floor on the shelf. We asked the employee with the forklift to lift the pallet and put it on the ground so we could pick the pavers. He came and agreed to do it for us. He went to bring the forklift and never came back. It was not a busy day and no customer in the store. By the way, we climbed up the aisle and pick 150 units. On the cashier, the lady suggested us to load the tiles on the car with the help of Home Depot employee. She called the free employee and said he will be available to help. We waited for 10 min and no one showed up. It sounds like the employees are not trained to help customers at all. They never care if you need help and have questions. We always look for staff in the aisle and they are all gone. No one available to help customers. If I could rate zero I would do that. Never go to this branch if you seek for advise as no one is available to help.

We went in to purchase a pine board and to have it cut to our measurements. I believe the young man who helped us was named AJ. He was so nice and professional. He was awesome!!! Couldn’t have had a better experience!

Ordered a door back in April 7, 2018. Everything has gone wrong since. We are now at the end of June. When I ordered my door from Marciano Doors I was told the door would take about 2 to 3 wks. The door took longer. Brent(the person i dealt with) told us the door came but it was banged so it went back to get it fixed. When the door was finally ready, the door was fixed but not primed as we had requested. So...door had to go back again to get primed. It took over a month to get this door back again. Today my husband went to pick up the door just to realize the beveled glass on the door was backwards. They beveled the glass on the wrong side. I immediately called Brent and told him we wanted our money back and they should come pick up the door. The same day we went to the store to get our money back and arrange for them to pick up the door. We had no problem in doing that as Brent realized that we were not happy customers. In talking to Brent and talking about what had happened. He confided in us that the door we had from the start was a door that the supplier had on the side and so they used that door instead of ordering us a brand new door. Something that Brent himself said should not have happened. So my question is...had that door not been banged up and not have to go back...they were supplying me with an old door and not a new door. I will diffidently not use them for anything. I would much rather pay double the price and get someone who knows what they are doing. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

Good selection. Not pet friendly, yet. I got away with it tho when i went with my dog. Hope Rona is gonna change as Canadian Tire which is now cool for pets.
