The door installation was DIY quality. They left a big gap in the corner of the trim. The paint on the wall was damaged and they didn't bother fixing it. They did fix the trim when I called them back to repaint the door after being installed for less than a year. All you had to do was tap the door with your finger nails and the paint would come off. A year later the paint was coming off again, and it is not from being scratched off. It just chipped and fell off around an area that never gets touched. I called again to get the door painted and they just ignore my calls. The young lad working there keeps telling me the owner will call back. He never does, after many attempts I gave up. I will have to get another door company to fix it.

A thirty year old hinge failed on one of my kitchen cupboards. It took a bit but thanks to the lady who answered the phone (never got her name) and Customer Service Rep Ryan, my replacement hinges arrived this week. A perfect fit. Best part - free!

bought a washer and dryer there got honest real world advise not a sales pitch I am done buying appliances at the high pressure furnature stores. I wish you guys would stock groceries I would not need to shop anywhere else.

Customer Service never answer the phone and I have a question to ask about my invoice. Paying them doesn't seem to be a priority. Heck with making a payment...they obliviously don't need the money.

Unfortunately, not a good experience for me. It was my first experience with these guys. I did an online order and ordered two items. So they shipped me out one item, but overcharged me, even with the s/h included it would not have been that much. I contacted customer service and she said it wasn't her responsibility to deal with this...OK?! I was just doing basic math with her over the phone to show her my point. So now I will have to file a dispute with my credit card to get things fixed. Also, this is just advice for anybody wanting to deal with these guys...do not order anything on back order. The price you see will not be the price you will be paying. For example, if you order a product and the present price is $10 and it goes up to $20 ... the present charge is that. Strange practice, but they are still in business, so I guess they are doing something right. Good luck guys.

Could have more variety of items. The costs are definitely not fair as they are too expensive for items in a dollar store. The owners are also not caring as they do not respond to any reviews in a timely manner. I do not recommend this business.
