I would have given a 5 star review...however i am a Little concerned about your fitness guy (on the outside of the building) I feel we need to have a clothing drive for him.....donated so he can have a new outfit. I mean really the guys is still In his Oilers gear.😥 come on ppl lets get together and get Flamans Fitness Man (mascot) some new digs.

Very helpful and friendly staff at this location. I called the store to have stock checked on an item. He dug through numerous stock to find the one item I wanted and then walked it over to customer service to be held for me. When I went in to pick up the item, they knew right where it was, answered my questions and had me cashed through quickly. Great location.

I shop here often, but twice in the last two days specifically. Hard to find help, even when the store was not that busy. Both days I was held up by isle closures,one for 20 minutes while they refilled the lumber. I understand the need, but this was poorly planned as the guy went on and off the forklift about 20 times.....if they prepped the work ahead of the closure, this would have taken half the time and would not have annoyed the 6 people waiting for the isle.

I love ct so kinda biased. This location is neat and efficient. Their summer garden centre is huge. Staff is knowledgeable and present, I hate it when you can't find someone. Other than that your standard CT

Good mall with plenty of parking and great stores! Walmart, Canadian Tire, Staples, and many more. Smaller and different stores like Peavy and it's excellent selection of items.

I absolutely love this store. Huge puzzle selection as I am a puzzle person. They have all sorts of things to computer stuff,model cars, board games , puzzles. This is the kind of store red deer needed. Plus everyone is so helpful and kind. Is a place I love to shop.

Wonderful customer service

I usually assume the bad reviews aren't real, but this location is run by a manager who is magically never available and employees who are barely competent. Stay far away.

The customer service is amazing. The isles are well-managed. I liked how the baking section is on the right of the store next to the green vegetables and peppers. You know, healthy things, and the dry goods on the left of the store. It’s fun to browse the isles. And an OK place to take my kids when I need to shop for a few things and don’t want to request a babysitter. Definitely a friendly atmosphere. The Cashier we had was a young adult, he opened another till so we didn’t have to wait in line too long. That is what made the difference, that is why I gave this place 5 stars.

Great service, great selection prefer this store over any other.
