Excellent service, need to have a repair on a wet suit perform and he was able to get me right in and fixed up. Extremely pleasant to deal with and performed a high quality of craft-mans ship. Would definitely recommend them again.

Thai is the second time I have had a negative experience with this drugstore. The first experience I was with my older daughter who was running a fever due to strep. The pharmacist did not know how to bill her insurance and said that they would check with Shoppers Westland Market (where we usually go) -- and then left us waiting for an hour. I finally called Shoppers myself. I guess the pharmacist saw me on my cell and decided to call in at that time. Not cool. We left. Now, today, I was renting a pump to feed my newborn. There was some kind of miscommunication between Babies R Us and Rexall resulting in me wasting a trip to Spruce to rent this pump -- I don't mind the time, but my baby was running out of food. At the till, I specifically asked for a type of pump and was told that was what was in the container. When I got home and called them about the error, the girl on the phone kept on denying that they could have possibly made an error. She could not have cared less. Now they require me to attend IN PERSON (not my husband, even with my card and PIN code in hand) to return their pump. After having it for about 45 minutes. Also not cool.

Rob and Krista work hard for their clients. They ride and give it to you straight up. It is a small mom and pop shop... BIG expertise. They are growing to all things with motors and all brands. They are not just high performance sleds anymore. Our business uses them for all of our machines, tracks or tires. Next time you have something that does not work, needs a service or you just don't feel like taking it up the from the dealership. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Chelsea, in the copy shop, was very professional and went out of her way to be helpful. She was busy but able to multitask successfully.
