I would have given this company 2 stars initially HOWEVER the small imperfection on the tub sill was twice fixed. The old tub looked like new but for a little black hair on the sill....Bathtub King Ron made sure we were happy customers and in the end we are! Ron is a dedicated employee. Friendly and ensures the customer is happy and satisfied. You have a great employee here!! Thanks Ron!

I needed a Desktop computer built.....I contacted him and he got back to me right away with prices and recommendations. He had the computer built in less than a week. My son is very happy with his new gaming computer!! (:

Very good customer service! My tire blew and they were honest that they were pretty busy but will do my van as quickly as they can. When I phoned to find out about my van. I just happened to mention that I had an alergic reaction and had taken bendryl just 1 but was tired. When I finally came to get my van. I was waiting outside for my husband to arrive to pay. Would you believe the nice man came outside to find out how I was feeling. I truly appreciate his thoughtfulness and wonderful customer service. I feel bad that I never got his name. 👍👍😊

Pretty good selection with extremely knowledgable and hands-on staff (the mid-40s female cashier knew more about plumbing than most handymen I've met). The two slight downsides are that the store is quite small and they aren't always able to ship stuff from other stores to here. Still a good place overall though.

This is a very clean and organized store. The staff have always been very helpful and I've never left without what I'm looking for. I often go to tsc for TOYS! they have the bruder brand toys, John deer, Barbie etc.. They're all good quality, they will last us a lifetime. Before going to Walmart for a special gift--do yourself a favor and shop at tsc first. For any age. I'm also into raising bees and have a hobby farm to run so I always head over to tsc before any other hardware store for my tools, feed and hunting gear which I always seem to find at a decent price and in everyone's correct sizes (from super tiny to ya-you're big)

Excellent Customer Service and knowledge staff.

I ended up going there a few months ago with a wine-rack idea that I was hoping to build from scratch, get my "handyman on" so to speak. Not only was the staff super helpful in finding what I was looking for, but they also found a tiny design flaw and helped me make it more efficient, saving me $15 in the process.

They went above and beyond to save my photos when another place told me nothing could be recovered! Saving my family pictures was priceless to us but the cost was reasonable and well worth it. Highly Recommend!
