I couldn't find what I was looking for, so, I asked an employee where I would find the tapes and glues. Well, she stopped what she was doing and brought me right there. She was pleasant and polite aa well. Retailers take note....THAT'S customer service!!

Great place. It's smaller then a Lowe's or Home Depot but they do have alot here. The staff is always pleasant and informative.

I've bought many instruments and accessories here, over the years. Really helpful people. If there's a small screw or something you need, they'll have it. I would definitely recommend this place to any musician. No matter how good they are or experienced. These guys know what they’re talking about and if they don’t they’ll admit it and look it up

Stop fooling idiot crooks it's on my receipt where it Clearly says NEW. Best buy is returning your garbage and we getting refunded as they were shown at branch what it was suppose to be and what we got. Bought a phone through these guys from best buy online was suppose to be new and when opened box it was used with fading color and screen almost falling off crooks. New doesn't mean refurbished 😡

I LOVE this place! I can't say enough good about the staff here. This store has a big box name but is far from big box. They are superb at customer service. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Many of the staff are long term. That in itself speaks volumes! Highly recommend!

2018 has been an expensive year and I have a very limited budget. So I tracked down Mr Joseph when my 2010 MacBookPro keypad started to pooch. Elsewhere was told a whole new machine would be needed....OUCH. S.J. sayeth: " the current keypad membrane is weakened...you just need a new keypad." So for 12% of what I would have had to pay elsewhere for something I did NOT want...Joe fixed it. YAYYYYYY! A service and a man for our tired times. Go Joe Go!
