Mark is Very knowledgeable. Very fair prices. I am having them install a wood burning insert. The installation team was 3 hours later than the scheduled time and no one called to let us know they were running late. When i looked at the fireplace installed I realized that the upper frame of the insert was up a quarter inch higher on one side and the gasket was hanging down not seated properly I started taking it apart to see why. The side panels were not adjusted properly and only 2 bolts were tight on the entire insert. There was even 2 missing bolts i had to install. I am afraid to look at the liner. Ignorance is bliss
