It was pretty good shopping for light and a gazebo for my backyard. And judy at customer service was pretty phenomenal with helping us check our items up front. Great job judy.

Staff was very helpful in finding my receipt for a purchase of a patio umbrella that I made back in May. The umbrella cord snapped and so after moving and misplacing all my receipts/warranties, I inquired about a warranty in the store and the staff went above and beyond to help

On my visit to arrange service for my Brute power lawn mower, I was quoted approx. $300.00. Then I paid $39.55 for an estimate. Result was an estimate for $500.00 which included "an upsell" of not requested, nor in my belief, required parts. I then requested return of the mower and advised them that I felt that this was a "scam"! There was no denial whatsoever! My mower was returned and I am now getting service elsewhere. I will NEVER be back to Alcona Rent-All for any of their services.
