I have been too alot of pharmacies in my life.. But this one goes above and beyond to ensure that you have received everything you need...

Thanks guy's for the 5 star service, love my new phone and case😁

Poor customer service. They didn't really seem interested in helping me with product selection and potentially making a sale for themselves. They seemed to play a passive role in interactions several times when I was there, didn't have that great of a product line both to buy and rent, and the drum guy seemed flustered every time I came in to ask him about drum gear. It's too bad that this is the only music store in Nanaimo with a proper, large selection of musical instruments. For a future reference, it's OK to follow up with a customer and push a bit for the sale or allow them to explore their options with your company. You're not pushy; in fact, many companies are too meek in this regard.

Awesome selection, best paintball supplies around.

Great place for getting those amenities you need for staging a sale property, much more reasonably priced than hiring a staging business, and no long-term contract hassles.

Great Selection of products! Customer service fantastic.

Super nice knowledgeable owner and very well kept tanks and fish I love the selection this store provides and I look forward to my next visit.

Being a professional painter for over 32 years has exposed me to a variety of products, some great, good, bad, and ugly! I needed to repaint the interior of a 3 storey home and chose Glidden Ultra Hide Flat White for the ceilings and Dulux LifeMaster Eggshell Prism White for the walls, which is kind of corny because Prism White isn't White at all--- it is a shade of beige!!! I used a split-foam roller and a 3" brush for the ceiling and changed to a semi-smooth roller to complete the task . The coverage was beautiful and the paint itself was wonderful to work with! I still find it difficult to believe how awesome my home looks as it was all done using latex paint!!!

The cutest place ever! This is a donation store. You decide what is fair to pay, then you place your money in a box. The town recycles most events. You buy your seasonal decorations from there, and drop them off when you are done, or keep them. 👗👖🎄⚽🎉

Great yarn and quilting fabric store

Cheap key cutting service. Begins at $1.50/key

I am a fussy person. When service is excellent, I acknowledge that and when service is lousy, I acknowledge that. Capilano Glass provided excellent service as follows: immediate greeting when I arrived; service person available almost right away; complete familiarity with my problem was evident; work suggested and the process required were clearly outlined; cost and time involved were reasonable to me. That level of service deserves full 5 star rating. Austin Raham

you want casters, they got casters. awesome staff.

Neighbourhood hardware store had exactly what I needed. Sad that such stores are fading from the landscape. Support such business if you can.

Excellent products, great price, the best service. Why buy anywhere else?
