Very pleasant staff, very understanding.

I was on hold on the phone for over 25 minutes. The recording did not tell me the store hours and that it was closed! Inexcusable!!!!!! A business which closes should have an after hours message. The message I heard said. "Please wait a representative will be with you shortly! " No excuse for non changing the answering system after hours. Mr. Binson', who found the stores 53 years ago, I memorized that from the recording, would be rolling in his grave if he knew how his potential clients, especially in this communication age are mislead!

Nobody, who went through tinnitus knows how badly it affects one's life. I had developed tinnitus early and for most of my adult life I was experiencing extreme hearing problems.
