Great service Jim was phenomenal will my mom and I. Ordered both hearing aids which worked very well. But mom couldn't adjust to wearing them (or wouldn't try) so we returned them and only cost us $100 bucs just like he quoted us in the beginning. So if your thinking about hearing better and want to save a ton of money I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I stopped there today as I was on the way home from Ken's flower shop in Perrysburg. I made an appointment for 2nd hearing test. Figured I can get paper work before test. I must have made a mistake I thought they were opened. Well I always said nobody perfect.

My two year old son was referred to speech therapy and I am so incredibly thankful I chose this location to visit (and stay!) Everyone is so kind, calm, and understanding with him and he just loves it here. I was just a complete ball of nerves as a mother about this entire situation and this staff takes the time to really explain everything to you and makes you feel at ease. I would highly recommend Hyman Hearing & Speech to anyone with small children that need this special care. From the bottom of my heart, I thank this staff!

The most positive experience I have had in a long time. I received a thorough hearing test and evaluation. Was given multiple choices of hearing aids to choose from. After I received my hearing aids, I received phone calls from Michels, asking how I was doing and I have made multiple trips to the office in Pottsville, where Chris continues to adjust my hearing aids to further enhance my hearing needs. I know that I can call anytime with questions and concerns and will be accommodated. Bottom line, I am very happy with my hearing aids and my overall experience at Michels Hearing Aid Centers.
