Hearing Aid

Would rate a 0 if i could. I left in tears. Took my 2 year old in for hearing test because her first test in regina showed hearing loss. I wanted a second opinion before taking her for a sedated test. This lady did not test my daughters hearing. I was not sent home with an audiogram. She judged my daughter in 5 minutes and told me she has autism and can hear fine (with no hearing tests, just by watching her) I went for a hearing test not an autism diagnosis. She was rude, made unnecessary comments on my parenting, grabbed my childs arm and yelled at her unprofessionally.

*** EDIT*** Attempted to book with Amanda to find out she has moved on an no longer works here. The Audiologist Amanda was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Her attention to my needs was evident and her skills and abilities are second to none in the city. I have been to other specialists in the area and Amanda and her team at Regina Hearing Services have set the bar. Highly recommended.

Well it looks like I finally caved in and getting hearing aids-they certainly are a lot different than what people wore 20 years ago-I was most impressed with Kaelyn Ferguson who helped me out with what I needed-she was most professional-not pushy-personable and knowledgeable-highly recommend her for your hearing needs😎🎄🎄🎄😎
